Dr. Bienkiewicz has prepared an excellent report that provides a comparison between some of the National initiatives that have been proposed or are being considered by the US Congress. This report provides an excellent comparison of various features of each initiative and provides tables that will help to understand the actions each initiative proposes and their associated financial requests.
